Hi, we're Carlos Nieves and Jennifer Nieves!

We have over 15 years of combined music teaching experience. We have a true love for music and a passion for sharing that love with those in our community.
​
Research has proven that learning a musical instrument can benefit the physical and mental health of both children and adults. For this reason, Nieves Music Studio was founded, to share not only the joy of music with our community but also it's benefits.
​
Whether our students want to take lessons in order to pursue music academically, or they just want to learn an instrument for fun as a leisure activity; we welcome all regardless of age or skill level.

Our Bio's
Jennifer Nieves (Voice & Piano) - Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education with an Emphasis in Choral Music from The University of Mobile. She has been a music teacher for over 10 years and has experience teaching privately and in the public school system. Her students have gone on to receive superiors at State Solo & Ensemble, study music at the collegiate level, and have been cast in professional musical companies.
Carlos Nieves (Drums) - Carlos is a Berklee College of Music Alumni and has over 15 years of professional experience. He has traveled Domestically and Internationally with Recording Artists, Bands, and Worship Groups. His students have gotten opportunities to serve on their church worship teams, get accepted to study music at the Collegiate level, as well as continue in music professionally.
